Please read these booking conditions carefully as they are the sole terms and conditions of the contract between you and the relevant service providers of the accommodation, transport, theme park tickets or any other booked service.

  2. Scope and Coverage

    These booking conditions are applicable to all bookings made from the Paris Magic Moments website www.parismagicmoments.co.uk or through the Paris Magic Moments customer service call centre. These terms and conditions apply equally to all residents of any country around the world.

    Some elements of the packages sold on this site are only offered to residents of the United Kingdom. Reasonable steps have been taken to ensure residents of other countries cannot make a booking. For example bookings can only be made using a credit card with a billing address within UK. Paris Magic Moments will not be liable should booking made by non UK residents not be accepted on arrival at Disneyland Paris.

  3. Status of Paris Magic Moments

    For hotel accommodation, theme park tickets and any other service booked through the below mentioned hotel wholesalers, the role of isango! Limited is to be an agent for you, the traveller. The role of the hotel wholesalers (listed below) is that of an agent of the relevant service provider whose accommodation is booked. The relevant service provider whose accommodation is booked is the supplier and the Principal.

    For rail tickets booked through the below mentioned wholesaler, the role of the role of isango! Limited is to be an agent for you, the traveller. The role of the rail wholesalers (listed below) is that of an agent of the relevant service provider whose services are booked. The relevant service provider whose transport is booked is the supplier and the Principal.

    For all other products sold on Paris Magic Moments,the role of isango! Limited is that of an agent to the relevant service provider (wherein the relevant service provider is the supplier and the Principal).

  4. Terms and Conditions of the Relevant Service Providers and their agents

    Since we only act as an agent in respect of all bookings we make with the relevant service providers or their agents for accommodation, transport or any other booked services hence the relevant service provider's booking conditions will prevail over our terms and conditions in cases where Paris Magic Moments and the relevant service providers terms and conditions conflict with each other. More details on this matter are set out in clauses 11 and 12 below.

  5. Specific Terms and Conditions
    1. Passenger details

      When making a booking you will be asked to give a lead passenger name. Subsequently Paris Magic Moments will only communicate with the lead passenger.

      You must provide the full name (as per passport) and date of birth of all passengers. You may be called upon to provide identification to verify this. Paris Magic Moments cannot accept any liability for any additional payment incurred or refusal of carriage due to incorrect information provided at the time of booking.

    2. Prices and price changes

      As we (isango! Ltd trading as Paris Magic Moments) act only as an agent (as set out in section C above) in the booking process, isango! Ltd and the relevant service provider reserve the right to change, amend or correct prices shown on our site at any time before or after you have booked. After you have booked, if the price of your booking changes in such a way we will pass on the details of the change as soon as possible.

      The price of your holiday includes:
      • Accommodation as detailed in your confirmation
      • Meals as per the board basis.
      • Hopper Ticket for the Disneyland® Paris parks (Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios® Park) which allows unlimited access to both parks. The ticket is valid for the duration of your stay (eg 3 night stay includes 4 day ticket)
      • Transport (if option selected)
      • VAT
      It may not include:
      • Compulsory tourist taxes which must be paid directly to the hotel (these will be detailed on your hotel confirmation)
    3. Changes made to your booking by us

      We and the relevant service providers will do all we can to tell you of any significant changes to your arrangements. If you do not wish to accept the change, wherever possible the relevant service providers may offer you an alternative arrangement with an alteration in price or otherwise the booking will be cancelled and we will refund you all the monies you paid us at the time of booking.

      As an agent (as set out in section C above) only we are unable to accept any liability for any changes, significant or otherwise, to your booking.

      We cannot be held liable for the non-availability of any particular rides, attractions, shops, restaurants or any service at Disneyland® Paris or the availability of any hotel facilities.

      Please Note: If you are booking Eurostar tickets more than six months in advance, we cannot guarantee your place on a Eurostar train. According to Eurostar’s booking policies, train tickets can only be confirmed not more than six months (tentative) in advance of your travel date. In cases of bookings held longer than six months, we will do our very best to accommodate your booking request and provide adequate seating with Eurostar rail. In the unlikely instance that Eurostar tickets are not available, we will organise an alternative mode of transport to accommodate your booking. In case the customer is not happy with the transport alternatives, the tickets will be cancelled based on the contract of terms on the tickets/ booking voucher.

    4. Circumstances beyond our or our supplier's control

      No compensation of any kind or responsibility can be taken if, due to circumstances beyond the control of isango! Limited or the relevant service providers, we have to notify a change to your arrangements or we or the relevant service providers cannot supply your arrangements in full or in part as agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. A circumstance beyond our or the relevant service providers' control is one that cannot be foreseen or avoided, even after taking all due care and includes but is not limited to war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial disputes and bad weather situations or forecasts.

    5. If You Have a Complaint

      If you have cause for complaint whilst on your trip, this must be brought to the attention of the hotel, transport or park staff immediately so that action can be taken to remedy the problem. Failure to report your complaint in this way may jeopardise any claim you subsequently make. Complaints must also be notified to the Paris Magic Moments Customer Services Department at your earliest opportunity.

      The assistance we provide to resolve your complaint is provided in our capacity as an agent only (as set out in section C above).

      Complaints should be sent in writing to support@parismagicmoments.co.uk. Complaints will be responded to within 4 weeks of the date they are received.

    6. Prices and Payment

      Paris Magic Moments does not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments. Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as "Isango Limited" on your credit card statement.

      Prices are shown based on your whole party, unless otherwise specified. Prices include VAT and local taxes unless otherwise stated,

      Children under 12 may qualify for a discount from the providers of transport, hotel accommodation and park tickets. These discounts have been factored in to your holiday price. Please note child ages are calculated based on the child age on the date of inbound travel.

      Prices are based on the local tariffs at the time of quoting converted at the prevailing foreign exchange rate. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed.

      Not included as part of the services we offer are any applicable foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger facility charges and international transportation tax. In addition, tips/gratuities to hotel staff; passports and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; beverages and food not listed under inclusions in the travel product and all other items of a personal nature are also not included. You should retain sufficient local currency to pay for all of the above items if necessary.

    7. Passengers requiring special assistance

      If you, or any member of your party require special assistance owing to reduced mobility or disabilities then please contact us to make your booking. We can then ensure the relevant service providers can provide the required assistance.

      In addition if you or any member of your party needs to travel with a dialysis machine, oxygen cylinders or has a high-risk condition (such as epilepsy) please contact us before booking.

    8. Special Requests

      Please inform us at time of booking of any special requests for any service or facility that is not included as part of your booking. We will enquire with the relevant service provider and where possible will try to accommodate your request, but please note such requests cannot be guaranteed.

      Please note a special request is considered as something that would enhance rather than facilitate your holiday (room on a low floor, forward facing sheet on Eurostar etc). Where the fulfilment of a request will be essential to facilitate your holiday please see section 7 (Special assistance).

    9. Cancellation by you

      If for any reason, you decide to cancel your confirmed booking you must write to us at support@parismagicmoments.co.uk, cancellation charges will apply. The cancellation charges will vary based on how close to you booking date we receive your cancellation request, as summarised below:

      In addition there is a £25 admin fee for all cancellations.

    10. Changes you request after booking but before consumption

      Any changes requested after booking will be subject to the charges laid out in section 9 as well as a £25 amendment fee. In addition you will be required to pay any rate differences between the original and amended dates

    11. Changes to your booking made by us

      In the unlikely event that we need to make a significant change to your booking you have the following options:

      • Accept the changes
      • Change your travel dates
      • Accept a full refund

      A significant change is a change of departure/return date or a change of hotel to a hotel of a lower category.

      11a. Non availability of Eurostar Tickets

      Eurostar bookings are accepted on an on-request basis. During the booking process we will pre-authorise the fund and after booking, when we have confirmed your tickets we will take the funds from your account. In the event that we are unable to confirm your Eurostar tickets you will be given the opportunity to cancel your booking, book another form of transport or book a package without transport. You will be contacted by a member of our customer service team to discuss your options.

    12. 12. Passports/visas, health requirements and animal documentation

      It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of their nationality, to check with the appropriate authorities about any visa and immigration requirements. We will not accept any responsibility if you or any passenger will travel without the correct passport, visa, health insurance or any other immigration requirement.

      If you are travelling with a pet it is your responsibility to ensure you have the required documents for the international carriage of your pet.

    13. Information Accuracy

      We and our suppliers regularly review all details about the theme parks, transports and hotels offered to ensure accuracy. Please review the check-in time for the accommodation as these vary and could be any time between midday and 4pm.

    14. Financial Protection

      In accordance with "The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992" all passengers booking with isango! ltd are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation if required, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of isango! ltd.

      There is no requirement for Financial Protection of day trips, and none is provided. This insurance is only valid for packages booked that DO NOT include flight.

      Consumer aware: Your booking is insured by IPP Ltd and its panel of insurers. This insurance is only valid for passengers who book and pay directly with/to isango! ltd. If you have booked and/or paid direct to a Travel Agent for a holiday with isango! ltd please request proof of how the booking is secured as this will not be covered by IPP Ltd in this instance.

      This Insurance has been arranged by International Passenger Protection Limited and its panel of Insurers who are members of the Association of British Insurers & Lloyds Syndicates. For further information please go to www.ipplondon.co.uk

      Claim procedures: download claim form from www.ipplondon.co.uk, any occurrence which may give rise to a claim should be advised within 14 days to: International Passenger Protection Limited, Claims Office, IPP House, 22-26 Station Road, West Wickham, Kent BR4 0PR, United Kingdom.       In order to deal promptly with any claims here under it is essential that you retain all bills, receipts and other documents relating to your travel arrangements. Claims forms must be submitted to IPP within six months of date of insolvency they cannot consider or pay claims received after this date.

    15. Our liability to you

      We act only as a booking agent (as set out in section C above) for any accommodation and theatre tickets and we have no liability of any kind whatsoever to you or your party or dependants for any death, personal injury, loss, consequential loss or damage of any kind you or your party or your dependants may suffer unless caused by our own negligence. Paris Magic Moments, our employees or agents are acting either as agents for the relevant supplier or as agent for you and your party. Paris Magic Moments, its agents and suppliers also accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any government restraints, acts of war and terrorism, weather conditions, or for any misadventure or casualty or any other force majeure or causes beyond their control as set out in clause 6 above. Subject to the terms and conditions on this site, Paris Magic Moments liability shall be limited to up to the price paid for the booked arrangements.

    16. Supplier's Conditions

      You are bound by the booking conditions of the relevant service provider and conditions of carriage where relevant and these conditions apply to your contract with us. In the event of any conflict between the conditions of the relevant service provider and our own, the relevant service provider's conditions will prevail provided they are valid and enforceable, otherwise our conditions will prevail. The relevant service provider's conditions may limit or exclude their and our liability to you and they may be subject to international conventions.

      In the case of delayed or cancelled transport you are entitled to compensation as per the transport operator’s conditions. Transport operators reserve the right to carry passengers on alternative forms of transport in the case of force majeure (as defined in clause 4 above).

      Full copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from Paris Magic Moments or the relevant service provider. Some key points are laid out below:

      16a. Transport-specific conditions
      Travelling while pregnant:

      If travelling by ferry a certificate will be required for women who are more than 38 weeks pregnant. In special circumstances transport operators may reserve the right to refuse carriage or request a certificate at any stage of pregnancy.

      Restricted Items:

      If you wish to carry any item which is classified by the ADR as dangerous (read more on the Health and Safety Executive’s Website here), you need to inform us prior to booking. Items which appear on this list include explosives, gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidising substances, toxic substances, radioactive material and corrosive substances.

      In addition neither Eurotunnel and Eurostar will not accept sport swords and Eurostar will not accept blades over 3 inches. None of the transport tickets sold by Paris Magic Moments are valid for the carriage of commercial goods

      Carriage on all methods of transport may be restricted to:

      • Customers under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol
      • Customers whose conduct may, in the operators opinion, cause a risk to safety or nuisance
      • Customers who have been aggressive or violent towards a member of staff
      • Customers who have refused to participate in security screening

      Confirming your transport arrangements:

      Every effort will be made to inform you of any changes in operating schedules which we receive in advance, however it is mandatory to call the relevant transport operator (contact details will be provided with your travel documents) 24-48 hours prior to your departure to check for any updates.

      Eurostar luggage allowance:

      Customers travelling with Eurostar may carry 2x large suitcases (length up to 85cm) and one piece of hand luggage.

      Eurostar seating:

      Every effort will be made to allocate your party seating together however please note this cannot be guaranteed


      16b. Disneyland® Paris specific conditions

      Photographic ID may be required, in addition to your ticket when entering the park

      It is an offence to copy or amend Disneyland® Paris tickets. Only original tickets or official e-vouchers will be accepted for entrance. Should the staff have reason to believe your ticket has been altered or tampered with your ticket may be confiscated

      Entry tickets and vouchers do not guarantee entry in periods of high attendance for safety reasons

      Various add-ons sold on this site are only available to customer staying in Disney or Affiliate hotels. Every effort has been made to ensure these add-ons are not offered to customers staying in the value hotels. Paris Magic Moments will not accept any liability should any “add-on” not be fulfilled due to a customer not staying in a qualified hotel.

    17. International Conventions

      If any international convention applies to or governs any of the services or facilities supplied by us on behalf of our suppliers, and you make a claim against us of any nature arising out of death, injury, loss or damage suffered during or as a result of the provision of those services or facilities, our liability to pay you compensation and/or the amount (if any) of compensation payable to you by us will be limited in accordance with and/or in an identical manner to that provided for by the international convention concerned (in each case including in respect of the conditions of liability, the time for bringing any claim and the type and amount of any damages that can be awarded). International Conventions which may apply include: in respect of international air travel, the Warsaw Convention 1929 (including as amended by the Hague Protocol of 1955 and by any of the additional Montreal Protocol of 1975) or the Montreal Convention 1999; in respect of rail travel, the Berne Convention 1961; in respect of carriage by sea, the Athens Convention 1974; in respect of carriage by road, the Geneva Convention 1973; and, in respect of hotels, the Paris Convention 1962. You can get copies of the relevant conventions if you ask us. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that we are to be regarded as having all benefit of any limitations of compensation contained in any of these conventions or any other international conventions applicable to your travel arrangements.

    18. Travel Insurance

      It is a condition of our contract with you that you and all members of your party have suitable and sufficient travel insurance to cover your journey as neither Paris Magic Moments nor our suppliers can be held responsible for any liability, expenses or losses you incur as a result of being inadequately insured. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking a comprehensive travel insurance policy is purchased.

    19. Travel Voucher(s):

      Paris Magic Moments will provide soft (electronic) copies of vouchers or your booking. You will receive the following:

      • Hotel bookings: You will receive a hotel voucher with your booking confirmation
      • Disneyland® Paris tickets: If you are staying in a Disney and Affiliate hotel your tickets will be provided at hotel check in. If you are staying in a value hotel you will be sent e-vouchers with your booking confirmation.
      • Eurotunnel and P&O Ferry bookings: Your booking confirmation will contain the transport operators reference numbers which can be presented at check in.
      • Eurostar bookings: You will be provided e-tickets with barcodes that allow for direct check in
      • Extra “add-on” products – If you are staying in a Disney and Affiliate hotel these will be provided at hotel check in. If you are staying in a value hotel you will be sent e-vouchers with your booking confirmation.

      When presenting your document(s) for redemption, the Lead Traveler is required to present valid photo identification, bearing the name of the Lead Traveler. The voucher may be confiscated if Photo ID, Credit Card / Gift Certificate and Signature do not match the Lead Traveler.

    20. Your responsibility

      Please note you are responsible for your and your party's actions. If we or our suppliers believe your actions or those of your party could cause danger, upset or annoyance to other customers, guests or staff, we or our suppliers may end your booked arrangements immediately. In this event neither Paris Magic Moments nor the relevant service provider(s) will pay compensation, make refunds nor pay any expenses you suffer as a result. You are responsible for your personal safety and for the safety of the accompanying people dependent on you. Please take time to understand and then conform to the health and safety rules stipulated by the relevant service provider or the facility or by the appropriate government authorities including Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in UK.

      You agree to defend and indemnify Paris Magic Moments Limited, its affiliates, and/or their respective suppliers and any of their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by:

      • you or on your behalf in excess of the liability described above; or
      • by third parties as a result of
      • your breach of this agreement or the documents referenced herein;
      • your violation of any law or the rights of a third party; or
      • your use of this website.
    21. Children

      Children under 3 (under 4 for Eurostar bookings) will be provided carriage, accommodation and transport free of charge. However please note that children who qualify for free travel will not be allocated a seat on transport and at restaurants etc.

      Children under 12 may qualify for a discount from the providers of transport, hotel accommodation and park tickets. These discounts have been factored in to your holiday price. Please note child ages are calculated based on the child age on the date of inbound travel.

      Children under 12 years of age will not be admitted to Disneyland® parks without an adult.

      Should no member of the party be over 18 we will require written authorisation from each minors parent/guardian at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. Failure to provide this information may result in your booking being cancelled and the standard cancellation terms being applied.

      Proof of age may be required for children.

    22. Hotel Reservations

      The star ratings may be different to official ratings as they vary significantly by country, and often within countries. Hence it is your responsibility to review the description of hotel facilities, rooms, meals and other amenities to make the best decision for yourselves.

      It is your responsibility when making a reservation to ensure you have booked the correct room type for your needs. All details of the room types and the number of people that can be accommodated in the room are available on the website and should be double checked on your email confirmation.

      You acknowledge that the availability of the facilities and features listed for each hotel are under the direct control of the hotel and as such Paris Magic Moments or its affiliates cannot be held responsible if those facilities or features are not made available to you during the period of your stay. If a facility or feature is of particular importance to you, then you should check with Paris Magic Moments customer service or the hotel that this facility or feature will be available during your dates of stay. Please note that, in particular, swimming pools and air conditioning are only available seasonally and it is your responsibility to check whether these facilities will be available during your stay. You acknowledge that the inclusion in the hotel's facilities of car parking, means that a provision is made by the hotel for car parking. You acknowledge that the availability and cost of the car parking is determined by the individual hotel. It is your responsibility to check the availability and cost of the car parking provided by each hotel.

    23. Applicability of Package Travel and Package Tours Regulation

      All bookings made on Paris Magic Moments contain two or more significant elements of your holiday and therefore are formally defined as a package in the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Travel Regulations 1992 ("Package Travel Regulations 1992") and the Civil Aviation (Air Travel Organizers' Licensing) Regulations 1995, Amended 2003 ("ATOL Regulations").

      isango! Limited (trading as www.parismagicmoments.co.uk for bookings on this website) has the necessary financial failure insurance policy through an isango! Client Trust Account managed at an arms length by independent trustees. The financial bonding obligations under the UK Package Travel & Package Tours Regulations 1992 have been met by us for all packages we offer and ensure that any monies you pay will be refunded (subject to making a valid claim) or you will be repatriated in the unlikely event of our insolvency.

    24. Unused services

      No refund will be provided for any part of your Disneyland Paris break which was not used.

    25. Opt in for Marketing Communication

      When you make a booking you consent to receive our marketing communication. Your consent to receive our marketing covers all our brands and websites including but not limited to www.isango.com, www.justlondontheatrebreaks.com, www.loveorlandotickets.co.uk and www.localparistours.com. All such brands and websites are owned and managed by Isango! Limited. You can unsubscribe from our marketing communication by using the link on our individual marketing communication or by writing to us on support@isango.com.
